Old Fashioned | Cocktail
- 50 ml bourbon
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- 1 bar spoon sugar
- Orange peel
This is how it is prepared Old Fashioned Cocktail:
To begin, chill an ice glass with ice and soda water. Add 1 bar spoon of sugar to the mixing glass. Add 2 dashes Angostura bitters and 1 dash orange bitters. Muddle to blend the sugar into a paste. Add the bourbon to the mixing glass and fill the rest of the glass with ice. Stir with a bar spoon for at least 20 seconds. Top with ice and taste. Pour ice into a glass with ice cubes and strain the drink into the glass. Add orange zest to the glass and twist into the drink.
