Manhattan | Cocktail
- 50 ml bourbon
- 10 ml sweet vermouth
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Orange peels
This is how the Manhattan is prepared:
Chill cocktail glass with ice and soda. Fill a mixing glass with ice and then add all ingredients. Using a bar spoon, stir the drink for about 20 seconds. While stirring, make sure the glass is always filled with ice, taste and then strain into the chilled cocktail glass and serve neat. Peel the drink and the glass with the orange peel, turn and add to the glass.
