Virgin Caipirinha | Mocktail

1 pc lime
2 shots of ginger ale to top up
0.5 tablespoon cane sugar (brown)

This is how the Virgin Caipirinha Mocktail is prepared:

First, cut off the lime ends, then cut the lime into eighths and place in a tall glass. Spread the cane sugar on the lime pieces and use a bar pestle to crush the cane sugar on the lime pieces. Fill the glass with crushed ice. Fill up with ginger ale, stir. As decoration, put mint in glass or use a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
