Gin Fizz | Cocktail

This is how the Gin Fizz cocktail is prepared:

Put all the ingredients (except the soda water), together with the ice in a shaker. It is important that all ingredients are properly shaken, only then a light foam crown is created on the drink afterwards. After mixing, strain the drink into a glass filled with ice and top up with soda water. Depending on taste and desired strength, the individual ingredients can be varied somewhat. For the best taste experience, freshly squeezed lemon juice should be used. For decoration, use a thick straw and citrus!
