Absinthe Sour | Cocktail
- A few ice cubes
- 4 cl absinthe
- 3 cl lemon juice
- 1-2 cl sugar syrup
This is how the Absinthe Sour Cocktail is prepared:
Put the individual ingredients together with the ice in a shaker and strain into a glass. For the optimal taste experience, only freshly squeezed lemon juice should be used! Optionally, a garnish of the glass can be made, suitable for this are e.g. citrus fruits. Note: If necessary, the sugar syrup can be omitted to have a more intense taste experience.
