Acapulco | Cocktail

2 ounces white rum
1/2 ounce Triple Sec or Cointreau
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 teaspoon sugar
1 egg white
Fresh mint and lime wedge for garnish

This is how the Acapulco Cocktail Cocktail is prepared:

Add rum, triple sec, lime juice, sugar, egg whites and a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.

Shake vigorously.
Strain over crushed ice into a glass.
Garnish with mint and lime.
